Bradford on Avon Occupational Health Services are based in Green Tree House, 11 St. Margarets Street. This is situated in the town centre and is easily accessible by train, bus and car. There is a large pay and display car park at the railway station and the offices are situated two minutes walk away.

On leaving the car park turn left onto the main road and cross at the bollards. Look for the sign Green Tree Health, a large Georgian building. The offices are situated on the 2nd floor of this building. There is an intercom outside the building on the right hand side. Please press the button to announce your arrival and you will be directed up stairs and met by a member of the Occupational Health team.
